This release presents figures on the number of home purchases and the value of equity loans under the government Help to Buy equity loan scheme.
The sales recorded in this release cover the period from 1 April to 30 June 2021. Within this period both the previous Help to Buy scheme (2013 to 2021) and the current Help to Buy scheme (2021 to 2023) were running.
