This consultation sought views on two statutory instruments covering the procedure for appeals to the office of the Adjudicator to Her Majesty's Land Registry.
The statutory instruments are:
- Network Access Appeal Rules 2008
- Adjudicator to HM Land Registry (Practice and Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2008.

Responses
There were 11 responses to the consultation. On the whole, the respondents were content with the proposals. There were no suggestions about any changes to the Practice and Procedure (Amendment) Rules. The specific comments received about the draft Network Access Appeal Rules were mainly about technical and grammatical matters. Some legal questions were also raised.
The Amendment Rules and the Appeal Rules were laid before Parliament in July and came into force 25 July 2008.
