Appeal 2017 business rates in Wales
The forms and guidance notes are for appeals to the 2017 rating list for business rates (also known as non-domestic rates) and authorising an agent in Wales.

For England, you can use the online service to check and challenge your business rates and update the 2017 rating list.
The VO7012 form may be used to appeal your business rates and alter an entry in the 2017 rating list for Wales only. The guidance notes give full advice on how to complete the form.
If you want to authorise an agent to act on your behalf you should complete the VO7224 form.
Once completed you should return your form by email to wales2017appeals@voa.gsi.gov.uk or by post to:

To propose changes to the 2010 rating list for England or Wales, you can use the 2010 version of the VO7012 form.
