If you live in England, Wales or Scotland you can appeal a Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Employment Support Allowance (ESA) or Universal Credit (UC) decision online. This means you do not have to post in an appeal form or your Mandatory Reconsideration Notice (MRN).
A PIP, ESA or UC appeal is sometimes known as a benefit appeal or a DWP appeal.
