- “NDR stock of properties metadata” updated to “NDR stock of properties including business floorspace metadata”
- “NDR Stock of Properties Tables by region, county, local authority district and middle and lower super output area, 2020”updated to remove old local authorities
This release contains statistics relating to stock of properties and business floorspace for England and Wales. The statistics provide information on the number, value and floorspace of the stock of rateable properties (known as “hereditaments”), broken down by sector and geographic location. Last year, this publication was merged with the business floorspace statistics. The stock of properties part of this publication was brought forward from our intended date to meet increased user demand and to provide users with more up-to-date statistics. Floorspace statistics were added to this publication in July 2020.
