Notes on local authority housing statistics (LAHS) open data
The data in this page is an open data version of the published LAHS tables and reflects the latest revisions to historical LAHS data. Therefore, there will be some minor discrepancies when compared to older LAHS tables.
LAHS questions are represented in this open data file by the question codes as at latest form (2018-19 return). This may differ from the code they were originally assigned but the aim is to facilitate a time series analysis. Variables that have been discontinued are not included in this file.
Some regional/England figures in the LAHS tables are calculated averages which cannot be obtained by summing the local authority figures. The file on this page only includes local authority level data.
