Please note: Due to the current outbreak of Covid-19 the VOA is currently unable to accept hard copy post. Please fill this form in digitally or scan and email it to the email address below. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. You can find out more about the impact of Covid-19 on our services on GOV.UK.
Contact the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) to explain why you think your band is wrong. You must be able to provide evidence. The VOA may be able to review and change your band without you needing to challenge it.
You must be able to prove that you are the owner or occupier, or have permission to represent them.
Please note: if you are looking to add a property to the Council Tax valuation list, you will need to contact your local council and ask them to raise a report for us to be able to assign a Council Tax band to the property.
